THE NOTIFICATION OF COMPANY NAME CHANGING.

 

To valued customers, suppliers, and partners:

Base on company progress needs, our Chinese company name will be changed to 「沅笙應用材料股份有限公司」from「沅笙應用材料有限公司」since January 11th, 2018.

The invoice number, representative, address, English name and phone number will not be changed.

Basically the contract we signed before would not be affected the rights and obligation between each other due to the name changing.
